Oh are you looking for a fun, easy, and versatile sweet treat to make at home? Wait no longer hehehe, how about these Homemade White and Dark Chocolate Pocky Sticks! Inspired by the beloved Japanese snack, Pocky, this recipe is a delightful combination of crunchy pretzel sticks coated in rich white and dark chocolate. Whether you’re hosting a party, craving a quick dessert, or looking for a kid-friendly “baking” project (no baking required), these homemade Pocky sticks are sure to impress.

What makes this recipe so special is its simplicity. With just three ingredients, pretzel sticks, white chocolate, and dark chocolate, you can create a treat that’s both elegant and delicious… Ok ok its not super elegant, lets say cute ;D The process is straightforward: melt the chocolate, dip the pretzels, and let them set. It’s so easy that even kids can join in on the fun! Plus, you can customize the recipe by using different types of chocolate, such as milk chocolate, strawberry, chocolate with puffed rice or even matcha-flavored chocolate, to suit your taste.

Also in my opinion these homemade Pocky sticks are a fantastic alternative to the store-bought version, allowing you to control the quality of ingredients and experiment with flavors, and i do like the sweet and salty combination, they’re perfect for sharing at gatherings, packing into lunchboxes, or enjoying as a sweet snack anytime. So, grab your ingredients and get ready to make a treat that’s as fun to create as it is to eat! Lets check the recipe!

How to make homemade pocky at home, super simple and sososososos delicious hehehe.

Ingredients

  • White Chocolate – 100gr
  • Dark Chocolate – 40gr
  • Pretzel Sticks – 50 (1 package has about 200)

Directions

  1. Start by breaking the white chocolate into a bowl, microwave it for about 10 seconds, then remove it from the microwave and stir it, if necessary put it back in for another 10 seconds, repeat this process, until the chocolate is well melted, it’s important to do this in 10-second blocks because chocolate is very sensitive and burns easily, you just want to melt it (you can always use a double boiler to melt it as well).
  2. Once the white chocolate is melted and very creamy, use a spoon to cover 2/3 of each pretzel with the chocolate, then place them on non-stick paper or stick them in a wide bowl with rice so they can stand up and dry out. Repeat until you have no more white chocolate.
  3. Now you’re going to do the same with the dark chocolate, break it up and microwave the bowl of chocolate for 10 seconds until it’s melted.
  4. Then, using a spoon, leave small strands of chocolate on top of the white chocolate and let it dry on the non-stick paper or in the bowl with the rice.
  5. Leave it all to cool completely, since you are using already tempered chocolate it will cool down back into crispy delicious chocolate and you’re ready to eat! 😀 Enjoy!
Notes: Please use already crispy already tempered chocolate, so cooking chocolate is not a good option or soft chocolates.

Here is a alternative version! Just homemade chocolate pocky! ;D The recipe is the same, just switch chocolates…
