For Halloween, there’s nothing like some spooky cookies 😀 This is a simple recipe for butter cookies with a lemon glaze and dark chocolate, they turned out fantastically sweet with a hint of lemon, i know i made them more halloween themed, but these are good any day of the year ;D
This recipe is for 12 super spooky cookies uhhhhh uhhhhh ;P Of course you can double the recipe if you want to make more, note that the icing makes double the amount, but it’s difficult to make a decent icing with just 100g of sugar and a spoonful of lemon juice… it’s better to make a bit more it mixes better, but if you want to double the recipe, you don’t need to double the lemon glaze! ;D
Besides that these cookies are surprisingly easy to make, be sure to chill the dough before molding and baking to help the cookies hold their shape, and well don’t be afraid to get creative with the spiderweb design – the more unique, the better! Lets check the recipe!

- Combine the powdered sugar and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well until the mixture is thick and creamy.
