Since it’s Halloween, there’s nothing better than some simple and scary sweets for the little ones to make or eat! This is one of those recipes that the kids can join in and have some fun making their very own, you just need a hawk eyes to keep them from eating all of their creations! 🙂

This is another three-ingredient recipe that you can make in no time, all you need to make it is chocolate and pretzel sticks. Note that it’s a good idea to buy good chocolate because if you buy cheap chocolate you risk it not being as good and smooth when you melt it and let it set again, so lets check the recipe and happy halloweennnnnnnnnn.

Super easy pocky like stick with white chocolate, with a hint of the salt of pretzels, cute, delicious and a fun quick sweet for halloween.

Ingredients

  • White Chocolate – 75gr (Small Tablet)
  • Dark Chocolate – 10gr
  • Pretzel – +/- 40 sticks

Directions

  1. Start by melting the white chocolate, I used the microwave, basically I heated it on medium for 10 seconds, then stirred, then another 10 seconds, stirred, until the chocolate was very creamy, the risk of using the microwave is that you can burn the white chocolate, if you prefer it safer, then melt it in a bain-marie (double boiler).
  2. Once melted, you’ll cover the pretzel, I used a small spoon to help, after covering I stuck them in a container with rice (I used the rice that I only use to pre-cook pie bases hehehe), so that they stand up, if you don’t have rice on hand, put them sideways on parchment paper to dry.
  3. After about 1 hour (I left it out, keep it in the fridge if it’s a hot day, but note that the chocolate may sweat a bit in the fridge), you’ll melt some dark chocolate, the same process as the white chocolate and with the help of a toothpick you’ll make the faces of ghosts! or in this case little ghosts hehehe 😀
  4. Let them set for another hour and they’re ready to eat. As they’re pretzels, it’s important to store both the ones you made or better the ones you didnt eat in an airtight box so that the sticks don’t get soft 🙂 UHHHHHH SCARYYY!
Notes: It’s important to get the really straight pretzel sticks, but if you cant find some, you can use plain breadsticks, just get the smaller size and if they are too long, break in half.
