Another great thing about this recipe is that you can adjust to your taste, if you like other kinds of cheeses, or you don’t like garlic you can use other spices, or you don’t like coriander, try parsley, my combination is great but in the end it is toasted cheesy bread heheeh, let’s check the recipe.

Delicious cheesy stuffed bread, this is a super simple recipe perfect for parties, a perfect share cheesy buttery crispy snack.

  • Bread – 1 (Big, about 300gr)
  • Butter – 100gr
  • Garlic – 3 Cloves
  • Coriander – 1 tablespoon
  • Flamengo Cheese – 100gr (Or Gouda Cheese or Emmental Cheese)
  • Mozzarella Cheese – 100gr
  • Pepper – 1 Pinch
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Butter – To brush

  1. Start by cutting the bread diagonally, taking care to only cut the bread until it reaches the bottom and not cut it completely, so the top will be sliced, but the bottom will still be together, so the bread won’t separate.
  2. Then add the butter, finally chopped garlic cloves, coriander and a pinch of salt and pepper to a bowl and mix until you create a paste.
  3. Spread the paste in the grooves between the bread cuts, don’t worry if the bread breaks, spread it generously.
  4. Then add the flamengo cheese pieces into the grooves, followed by the mozzarella cheese, finally brush the top with a little melted butter.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Then take the bread for about 12 minutes until it is toasted, and the cheese is melted, remove from the oven and serve, bon appétit!
Notes: Like I said above after you make this recipe, the next time try other variations, if it’s for adults add some spicy paprika or hot sauce, serve this with pickles to cut the sweetness.
