Ingredients
- Tomato Sauce – 250ml
- Cream – 100ml
- Mozzarella Cheese – 4 Slices
- Edam Cheese – 2 Slices
- Parmesan Cheese – Grated to Taste
- Soy Sauce – A Drizzle
- Balsamic Vinegar – A Drizzle
- Sweet Paprika – A Pinch
- Garlic Powder – A Pinch
- Thyme – A Pinch
- Dried Oregano – A Pinch
- Paprika – A Pinch
- Pepper – A Pinch
- Salt – 1 Teaspoon
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a small oven-proof dish or Pyrex bowl.
- In the dish, add the tomato sauce, followed by the remaining ingredients. Don’t mix; this allows the cheese to gratinate and develop richer flavors while cooking.
- Place the dish in the oven for approximately 40 minutes until the cheese is golden brown and the tomato is well-cooked.
- Take it out, mix everything well using a fork, and it’s ready to serve with tortilla chips, breadsticks, or any other snacks that pair well with a dip, enjoy!
