Ingredients

  • New Potatoes – 1.5Kg
  • Paprika – A Pinch
  • Olive Oil – A Pinch
  • Pepper – A Pinch
  • Salt – A Pinch

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C and prepare a baking tray lined with non-stick paper.
  2. Wash the young potatoes and cut them in halves, place them on the baking tray, season them with a few drops of olive oil, followed by a pinch of paprika, pepper, and salt.
  3. Bake in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes until the potatoes are very tender and golden brown, enjoy!
Notes: You can add more flavorings to the potatoes, add other spices, different dry herbs, things like powdered garlic to give a nice kick!
