There’s just one secret you need to know: you absolutely need day-old cooked rice. Easy Homemade Fried Rice in 15 Minutes

Heyoooo whip out the fried rice, if i could i would have it weekly hahahah, when i remember i always make extra rice the day before so i know the day after its gonna be a good easy meal ;D
Ingredients
- Rice – 4 Cups (Already Cooked a Day Before)
- Bacon – 4 Slices
- Onion – 1 Small
- Garlic – 2 Cloves
- Carrot – 1/2
- Eggs – 2
- Butter – 1 Tablespoon
- Soy Sauce – A Few Drops
- Sesame Oil – A Few Drops
- Pepper – A Pinch
- Salt – A Pinch
Directions
- Prepare all the ingredients before you start cooking, as fried rice is usually cooked quickly over high heat so that the rice becomes golden brown.
- In a frying pan or wok, add the chopped onion, carrot, garlic, and bacon with a little butter, and fry until the onion is golden brown.
- Then add the rice, followed by a few drops of sesame oil, soy sauce, pepper, and salt, and fry until the rice begins to brown.
- Finally, push the rice to one side and add the beaten eggs with a pinch of salt, cook them, then mix with the rice and cook a little more, taste and adjust the seasoning, and that’s it, bon appétit!

Don’t be afraid to use medium-high to high heat – this creates the signature “wok hei” flavor and prevents soggy rice, that’s why it’s important to slice and prepare all the ingredients before starting frying the rice, because you will need to add them quickly to the pan! YES! This recipe moves fast once you start cooking, so have everything chopped and ready to go.
Feel free to add frozen peas, corn, bell peppers, or any vegetables you have on hand. Substitute bacon with ham, chicken, shrimp, or make it vegetarian by adding more eggs or tofu.
Start with less soy sauce and sesame oil – you can always add more, but you can’t take it away.
