So lets crack on with the recipe.
Classic Italian Tiramisu

Tiramisu is a sure hit at any party or gathering, its creamy with an amazing rich bitter sweet combination, you won't regret giving this Italian favorite a try.
Ingredients
- Champagne Biscuits – 400 gr
- Eggs – 6 Large
- Sugar – 120 gr
- Mascarpone Cheese – 500 gr
- Cocoa – To Sprinkle (Powder)
- Coffee – As Necessary (Expresso)
Directions
- Start by preparing the mascarpone cream, mix in a bowl the sugar with the eggs until you get a very smooth cream.
- Now add the mascarpone and whip again until the mixture is very fluffy.
- Now make a very strong coffee (the ideal is simply several very strong espresso coffees), about 400ml at least to be able to soak in the champagne biscuits (these are a long and very crispy biscuits with a bit of sugar on top).
- Now assemble the tiramisu, get a pyrex or serving dish, put a layer of mascarpone cream on the bottom and sprinkle with cocoa.
- Now soak each champagne cookie stick in the coffee and arrange them on the serving platter until you make a layer of biscuits.
- Now cover again with another layer of mascarpone cream and another sprinkle of cocoa.
- And repeat the process, make another layer of champagne biscuits soaked in coffee, repeat until you have no more, finish by covering with the remaining mascarpone cream and sprinkling with a nice coating of cocoa powder.
- Finally take it to the fridge to set, and that’s it, serve it very fresh, enjoy!
