Chunky Oatmeal Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
- Egg – 1
- Butter – 110gr
- Oats – 100gr
- Flour – 150gr
- Dark Chocolate – 100gr
- Brown Sugar – 110g
- Baking Soda – 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt – A pinch
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 175°C and prepare a baking tray lined with non-stick paper.
- In a bowl add the brown sugar, egg and butter at room temperature, whisk everything well.
- Then add the bicarbonate and the sifted flour, mix well.
- Finally, add the oat flakes and the chocolate broken into pieces, mix well.
- Mold dough balls (try and make sure they are all more or less the same weight, so that they will bake evenly) and place them on the baking tray, bake for 10 to 11 minutes until they are golden brown, remove from the oven and let them cool a little before eating, bon appétit! ;D
