Who doesn't like a spicy tangy sauce to dip them fries... way better than any run-o-mill sauce you can find in the supermarket!

Ingredients

  • Ketchup – 4 tablespoons
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tablespoon
  • Sriracha – 1 tablespoon (Piri-Piri sauce)
  • Pickles – 2 small cucumbers (sweet and sour version, chopped)
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Paprika – 1 teaspoon
  • Onion – 1 teaspoon (powder)
  • Pepper – A pinch

Directions

  1. Finely chop the garlic and small pickled cucumbers, add the ketchup, mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, paprika, onion powder, and a pinch of pepper.
  2. Mix and it’s ready to serve, as simple as that! ;D
Notes: Start with 1 tablespoon of sriracha and adjust to your preference. Want it milder? Use less. Want to set your mouth on fire? Add more!

The pickles add an amazing tangy crunch that takes this sauce to the next level. Don’t skip them! Sweet pickles work best, but dill pickles are great too if you want extra tang.

Fresh garlic is key here – garlic powder just won’t give you that same punch. Mince it super fine so you don’t get huge chunks.

This sauce actually gets better after sitting for about 30 minutes. The flavors meld together beautifully, so make it ahead if you can!

Keeps in the fridge for up to a week. Just give it a good stir before using.

Feel free to experiment! Add a squeeze of lime juice for brightness, a dash of smoked paprika for depth, or even a tiny bit of honey if you want to balance the heat.

Obviously amazing with fries and chicken, but try it on burgers, as a dip for vegetables, with grilled shrimp, or even as a sandwich spread. Trust me on this one!

No sriracha? No problem! Use whatever hot sauce you have on hand, from Tabasco, Frank’s RedHot, or even some good old-fashioned cayenne pepper mixed with a bit of vinegar.
