Hehehe who doesn’t love fluffy chocolate chip pancakes, they’re nice and creamy especially if you use very dark chocolate to create that delicious contrast between the sweet cake and the bittersweet chocolate and it’s a super easy recipe to make at home!
It’s also worth noting that these pancakes keep well for a couple of days, you can always toast them a little to make them crispy again, or you can cook them again and freeze them to heat up in a toaster when you feel like a pancake, its super versatile ;D
