Super easy really well spiced chicken curry dish to try at home, over some rice its perfection! ;D

Ingredients

  • Chicken – 1 Breast
  • Onion – 1 Small
  • Garlic – 2 Cloves
  • Mushrooms – 2 Tablespoons (Mixed Mushrooms)
  • Coconut Milk – 100ml
  • Olive Oil – A Drizzle
  • Curry Powder – 1 tablespoon
  • Paprika – A Pinch
  • Cumin – A Pinch
  • Cayenne Pepper – A Pinch
  • Pepper – A Pinch
  • Salt – A Pinch

Directions

  1. Start by sautéing the onion, garlic, and mushrooms, all roughly chopped, in a frying pan, seasoning with a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Then add the chicken breast cut into thick slices, season everything with curry powder, paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, pepper, and salt, and cook until the chicken is done.
