Quick and Easy 3-Ingredient Nutella Cookies

Oh yeah nothing like nutella, but did you know you can make cookies with it! Ohhh nooo another excuse to get another jar... oh noooo
Ingredients
- Nutella – 280g
- Flour – 140g (With Baking Powder)
- Egg – 1 (L)
Directions
- Prepare a baking tray lined with non-stick paper and preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Add the Nutella to a bowl with the egg and mix well until the Nutella softens (I took the Nutella out of the fridge, so some of it was soft and some was a little hard) and everything is creamy and you want the nutella to meld well.
- Then add the flour and stir until it is well incorporated, then create balls of dough (try and make them all the same size, so they bake the same time) and place them on the baking tray, spaced apart, using a fork to press each ball a little.
- Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes (depending on the size of the balls you made), then remove from the oven, let them cool, and they are ready to eat! Enjoy! ;D

These cookies will look slightly underdone when you take them out, that’s perfect! They’ll firm up as they cool. If you overbake them, they’ll be too crunchy instead of that perfect chewy texture.
The classic crisscross fork pattern isn’t just for looks, it helps the cookies bake more evenly. But if you prefer a more rustic look, just flatten them slightly with your palm.
Try to make all your cookie balls roughly the same size so they bake evenly. I usually aim for about 1 tablespoon of dough per cookie.
Keep these in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days (though they rarely last that long!). You can also freeze the dough balls and bake them straight from frozen, just add 1-2 minutes to the baking time.
Want to take these over the top? Press a few chocolate chips, hazelnuts into the top of each cookie before baking or sprinkle with a tiny pinch of flaky sea salt.
